O Desembargador Raduan Miguel tem a trajetória na magistratura iniciada como juiz substituto na comarca de Ji-Paraná em 1987, após aprovação em concurso público. Ao longo dos anos, passou por diferentes áreas do Direito, incluindo a 1ª Vara Cível, Juizado da Infância e Juventude e a 3ª Vara da Família.
Em 2010, se tornou desembargador, inicialmente atuando na 2ª Câmara Criminal. Em 2023 foi eleito presidente do TJRO para o biênio 2024/2025.
